You have a full 30 days to return your print in original condition for a prompt refund or exchange for another print of your choice! Your prints are ready to frame and will be shipped via FedEx in flat, well-protected boxes. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

To view your greeting card, enter the card number from the notification email on the eCard Pickup Page. To check on the status of your card, enter the ID number sent to you in your confirmation email on the eCard Status Page.
